Counselling is not a job for me; it is a way of life.  I am passionate about helping people to make those choices that can improve the quality of their life – your life – inside and out.

Short and long-term counselling can help with overwhelming  problems and painful, troubling feelings.

You may feel confused, disempowered or not sure what to do for the best or where to go next.  If you want to make major and minor life changes, know yourself better, feel more comfortable in your skin, then counselling can support you.

If you need someone to listen deeply to you, perhaps as never before, then counselling could be for you.

I am delighted to join Nigel and Elizabeth Robinson Liz at North College and look forward to being able to support you.

I have a Diploma in Counselling and am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).  Perhaps more significantly, I also have considerable life experience.
